SHIPPING POLICY
COST
Delivery is free for all orders over R1200. Delivery is Door to Door via courier guy at a cost of R150 OR Paxi at a cost of R60 to any Pep stores in South Africa.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders received Monday to Saturday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders received on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day that follows.

DELIVERY TIME
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day. If you live in a major city, your order should be delivered within 72 hours once shipped. If you live in a outlining area please allow an extra day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In an event of needing to return stock to Forbidden Garden, please be sure to follow the below process. This will assist with a correct and prompt refund.

LOG A RETURN
Log a return within 14 days of stock being received. Please contact forbiddengardensa@gmail.com to inform us of your request to return stock and the reason why. A stock number will be issued, please ensure you have this before returning the item to our warehouse.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the stock needs to be, unused, and in the same condition you received it. The item should also be in the original packaging. Damaged, or incomplete packs will not be accepted for return.

REFUND PROCESS
Once the item has been received by our warehouse, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved we will initiate the refund via our accounts department. This process will take 24 hours.
